Where are Glasshouse Fragrances products made?
All of our candles, diffusers, and bath and body products are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia using the highest quality ingredients and artisanal techniques.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly and lasts longer?
To prevent tunneling, always burn your candle until the wax melts across the entire surface to the edges. We also recommend trimming the wick to 7mm before every use to ensure a clean, steady flame.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
We are committed to ethical beauty. Glasshouse Fragrances does not test on animals, and the majority of our range is vegan-friendly, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I reuse my Glasshouse Fragrances glass jars?
Absolutely! Our bespoke glass vessels are designed to be repurposed. Once the wax is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water and use it for storage, stationery, or as a decorative vase.
